Our production lines are engineered for high-volume manufacturing of sports therapy products, medical consumables, elastic bandages, cohesive wraps, kinesiology tapes, boob tapes, and private-label adhesive products.
Each line is designed with modular flexibility to support multi-SKU programs, rapid changeover, and retail-grade quality consistency.
The facility operates in a 10,000+ m² production space with multiple dedicated line groups, integrated QC checkpoints, and trained technicians supporting continuous output of 600,000+ rolls per day.

1. Production Line Architecture Overview Our factory runs multiple standardized production lines, each dedicated to a specific product family and manufacturing process:

• Athletic / Rigid Tape Lines
Zinc oxide adhesive coating, drying tunnels, high-tension rolling, and industrial-grade carton packing.

• Boob Tape & Beauty Tape Lines
Hypoallergenic adhesive formulation, skin-contact substrate finishing, die-cutting, shape customization, hygiene packing.

• Medical Tape Lines
Paper/PE/silk/non-woven substrate coating, anti-tear treatment, perforation modules, and medical-grade packing.

• Specialty Lines (Face Tape / Mouth Tape)
Precision die-cutting, micro-adhesive coating, and controlled-environment packaging.
Each line is built for continuous 24-hour rotation, stable batch consistency, and rapid SKU switching for large retail programs.
