Island dressings are all-in-one sterile dressings combining a central highly absorbent, non-adherent pad with a surrounding self-adhesive border, designed for secure wound coverage and simplified application. Structure & Components

    Absorbent Pad: Cellulose or viscose-based core with a non-adherent contact layer to prevent sticking and minimize trauma during dressing changes.
